Role Purpose
This role exists to execute and scale revenue-driven digital marketing initiatives. You are responsible for turning strategy and creative direction into measurable demand and revenue, SKU by SKU. This is not a posting or admin role—it is for people who want to learn how real growth brands are built.
Core Mission
Support the Digital Marketing Manager / SPV in:
1. Executing performance campaigns
2. Creative ideation
3. Scaling what works
4. Learning how demand converts into revenue
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute Revenue-Focused Campaigns
- Run paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
Google Ads
Marketplace Ads (Shopee / Tokopedia)
- Focus on conversion and revenue, not just traffic
2. Creative Angle Development
Participate in developing:
Campaign angles
Hooks and messaging ideas
Translate product insights into ad concepts that create demand
Monitor:
CTR
Cost Per Lead
ROAS
Provide feedback on:
What performs
What doesn’t
What needs improvement
3. SKU-Level Execution
Assist in managing campaigns per SKU
Understand:
Target audience per product
Key message per SKU
Funnel stage relevance
Treat each SKU as a mini growth project
4. Data Tracking & Reporting
Track daily and weekly performance
Prepare reports with:
Insights
Learnings
Actionable recommendations
Learn to translate data → decision
Success Metrics (KPI)
Primary KPIs
Revenue contribution from assigned campaigns
CPA efficiency
ROAS improvement
Secondary KPIs
Speed of execution
Quality of insights shared
Creative testing discipline
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years in digital marketing or performance ads
- Experience in FMCG, supplements, fitness, or DTC brands is a plus
Skill Set
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
Google Ads
Basic understanding of:
Funnels
Conversion metrics
Creative testing
Comfortable with numbers and dashboards
Mindset & Traits
