Job Description
The Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, marketplace ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. This role works closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure campaigns hit performance targets such as ROAS, CPA, and overall sales growth.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on relevant platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia Ads, other digital channels).
- Develop campaign structures, audiences, and targeting strategies based on product, market, and competitor analysis.
- Create and/or coordinate ad assets (copy, creatives, landing pages) together with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign goals.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, revenue) and implement ongoing optimizations (bids, budget, audience, creative).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders, including recommendations for scaling or optimizing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure ad campaigns are aligned with business priorities, launches, and promotions.
- Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing
Requirements
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or marketplace ads).
- Proven track record in running performance/paid media campaigns with clear KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and attribution in digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of creative best practices for ads (copy, visuals, hooks) and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or marketplace environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
