Job Description
- Become the main PIC for all e-commerce and marketplace-related projects across clients
- Handle end-to-end marketplace operations, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace ads to achieve sales and performance targets
- Analyze marketplace performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, and digital ads
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and marketplace ads platform
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign strategy, and sales performance metrics
- Good communication and client handling skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment
