Job Description
Ad unit unsold Inventory Checking
- Day to Day checking OMP Ad Inventory Status (KLY and Vidio). This will be supervised closely by OMP Manager
- Recap on Unsold Inventory Status
OMP Data Management and Administration
- Helping on OMP daily tracker Data
- Supporting data for OMP Weekly Meeting
- Recap data for Partner Invoicing
- Assist AdOps OMP and Finance on checking the Revenue Number align with Partner Invoice
- Assist AdOps OMP on Checking MO and PO data
- Assist AdOps OMP on Revenue Recap in the end of the Month
Requirements
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior (or a recent graduate) currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred Major : Business, Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, Communications, Economics, or Computer Science. The specific degree matters less than the skills it provided.
- GPA : Often a minimum of 3.0 (or equivalent) to demonstrate academic rigor and ability to handle technical material.
- Prior experience : Previous internship or relevant coursework in Digital Marketing, Media, or Technology is a significant plus.
- Excel proficiency : Advanced skills are essential. You will be pulling raw data, manipulating it (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS), and building reports to find optimization insights.
