Job Description
- Support admissions activities including student interviews, information sessions, and application processing
- Review applications, prepare summaries, and recommend admission decisions
- Provide accurate admission information and assist prospective students through the enrollment process
- Manage registration form sales, admission tests, scheduling, and follow-ups with applicants
- Ensure compliance with admissions procedures, documentation, and data accuracy
- Participate in marketing events and implement proactive communication to drive student enrollment
- Maintain student databases, reports, and income reconciliation related to registration activities
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Have minimum 3 year of experience in Data Analyst/Customer Service or any similar position
- Familiar with current trends in digital/social media, and strong analytical skills
- Good Interpersonal, communication & sales skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM in a professional setting (preferred)
- Must be fluent in English (verbal & written), knowing Mandarin is a plus
