
Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data, attendance logs, and registration documents.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in—providing accurate program and schedule information.
- Process student registration, payments, and receipts in compliance with SOPs.
- Support scheduling by coordinating class timetables, tutor availability, and room usage.
- Prepare monthly administrative and operational reports for the Branch Head.
- Handle procurement of branch supplies (stationery, teaching materials, refreshments)
- Assist in planning and executing branch events, workshops, or promotional activities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, ensuring professional customer service.
- Coordinate with HQ teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional customer service ability.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to support branch operations.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
