Job Description
- Streamline and organize day-to-day office operations for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and manage payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Develop and maintain effective filing systems for easy retrieval and storage of information.
- Review and approve supply requisitions, ensuring the availability of necessary office resources.
- Assign and monitor clerical tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.
