Job Description
- Mengelola proses administrasi penjualan, termasuk tukar guling/trade-in, display consignment, dan goods return sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
- Membuat dokumen administrasi di SAP (FTU, ITR, SO, RR) serta memastikan keakuratan data terkait stok, pengiriman, dan penagihan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service) untuk kelancaran proses penjualan, pengiriman, maupun retur barang.
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen penjualan (surat jalan, faktur, form transfer) sesuai dan tidak ada selisih dengan pihak terkait.
- Memberikan dukungan administratif untuk tim Project Business Development agar proses penjualan berjalan efisien dan tepat waktu.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di bidang sales support, project admin, atau business development support (pengalaman di properti, konstruksi, appliances, atau B2B lebih diutamakan).
- Memahami project management & cost accounting dasar serta terbiasa dengan sistem SAP atau ERP sejenis.
- Menguasai Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) dengan baik.
- Komunikatif, detail-oriented, mampu berkoordinasi lintas tim; fasih Bahasa Indonesia, dengan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris percakapan menjadi nilai tambah.
