Job Description
- Process orders received and claims from customers
- Create or update data related to customer master records, such as new customer registration, data updates, and submission for payment term limits
- Assist in resolving operational issues in the area, such as invoice creation problems or discrepancies in product delivery to customers
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
