Job Description
- Coordinate training and onboarding for new Beauty Advisors.
- Manage BA data, uniforms, and communication with distributors.
- Monitor and recap BA sell-out and distributor sell-in data.
- Prepare simple distributor and sales project reports.
- Support sales events and business reviews.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum less 2 year experience in sales admin, trade marketing, or beauty retail support.
- Familiar with Beauty Advisor operations and distributor coordination.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good in communication.
- Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
