Job Description
- Review and verify loan application documents submitted by customer before forwarding to lending partners.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers and referral partners to provide updates on application status and respond to related inquiries or clarifications.
- Update and track the status of each loan application in the system and follow up with partners if applications are not processed within the agreed SLA timeframe.
- Escalate issues to the internal team and suggest alternative actions.
- Maintain organized records of daily/weekly referral activities and assist in preparing simple reports.
Requirements
General Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with partners and customers
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external referral partners
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Responsive and quick to address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize tasks such as follow-ups, notifications, and issue updates.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (particularly Sheets, Docs, and Gmail) or Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with task management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms and basic with simple CRM tools.
Experience
- Previous internship as an admin, customer service staff, or project coordinator—especially in fintech, loan processing, or referral programs.
- Familiarity with the loan application process or other financial product workflows is a strong plus.
