Job Description
- Doing admistration for purchasing
- Input PO in our system (SAP)
- Make report to purchasing manager weekly and monthly
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any field
- Fluent in English (fluent in Mandarin is a plus)
- Preferable have any experience as admin purchasing, at least 2 years
- Detail oriented
- Have knowledge about Trade (open LC/SKBDN/RG/BG)
- Have knowledge facility bank credit about import expenses
- Must have knowledge and using SAP
- Knowledge SOP of Purchasing
- Placement: West Jakarta
