Job Description
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Providing product service and information, confirming order through marketplaces and documenting them
- Handling customer complains, including product replacements and returns
- Manage "login" records and ensuring prompt issue resolution
Requirements
- Young and energetic individuals
- Minimum education: Diploma/SMK
- Experience in marketplaces (Tokopedia & Shopee) is a plus
- Tech savvy with understanding on computer software (Google docs, etc)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
