Job Description

  • Help IbuSibuk Team for administration needs such as recap & filtering data related to project administration (i. e.: data validation, recap comments, recap submissions, etc).
  • Coordination with a legal team to provide confidential data (NPWP, NIB, Akta, TDP, SIUP, CEO signature, etc) for 3rd party or client needs (SPK or form).
  • Do financial process internally (reimbursement or provide petty cash) and externally for projects payment and other payments.
  • Collaboration with the Finance team for finalization revenue, COGS, and margin monthly report.
  • Coordination with the Finance team to process tax withholding invoice from the tax team.

Requirements

  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets (Ms. Office or Google Workspace)
