Job Description
- Create and update daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Review and process employee expense reports
Requirements
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience working in as a Finance Administrator, Account Payable or a related accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
