As an Admin E-Commerce Lead you will have the responsibility to lead a team of e-commerce administrators especially managing customer service role to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Role Overview:
- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Design and create standardized chat templates for common customer service inquiries (e.g., order status, return policies, product information, and delivery updates).
- Continuously update chat templates based on customer feedback and evolving business needs, ensuring they reflect current offerings, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Min 2 year experience as admin e-commerce (preferably has experience leading a team)
- Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and customer empathy.
- Experienced in developing and implementing a customer service strategy that includes creating chat templates for common inquiries, improving response times, and maintaining consistency across the team.
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance business objectives and customer satisfaction.
