Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers; act as their main contact.
- Understand customer needs and cargo requirements to provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to resolve service and operational issues.
- Manage customer requests related to warehouse goods in China: track arrivals, provide invoices, and fulfill repack/re-measure/photo requests.
- Update cargo status in the system and keep customers informed.
- Handle invoicing, revisions, and collections accurately and timely.
- Manage delivery arrangements for goods arriving in Jakarta, including address confirmation, re-measuring, and shipping coordination.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Highly determined, curious, proactive, persuasive, and energetic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Related experience in logistics, start-up companies, or a similar position is preferred.
