Job Description
- Process and post journal entries to ensure all Semarang hub transactions are meticulously recorded. Verify supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist Headquaters (HO) in the preparation of invoices and payment process for Semarang Hub.
- Assist HO with reviewing expense reports and asset records to maintain compliance with financial regulations.
- Archive all financial and tax-related documents for the Semarang hub in an organized and secure manner.
- Assist HO with preparing monthly tax reports for the Semarang hub to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Manage the Semarang hub's petty cash, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to spending budget.
- Provide the General Manager with clear and concise financial data and information necessary for decision-making.
- Assist with various ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably domicile in kendal or around the area.
- Preferably have related experience but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good eye on details, versatile, eager to learn, not hestitate to inquire, research and ask questions.
- Able to multitask and working under pressure.
- Skill in excel or google sheet.
- Basic accounting skill.
