Job Description
- Plan, configure, and implement advertising pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and conversion tracking across websites, apps, and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads Manager (Google AdWords) campaigns, including audience targeting and conversion setup.
- Configure and manage URL shorteners with tracking parameters (e.g., Bitly, Firebase Dynamic Links, or custom solutions).
- Integrate and maintain third-party ad platforms, analytics tools, and APIs for campaign measurement and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate data flow and proper event tracking.
- Conduct periodic audits of tracking systems to identify and fix discrepancies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest ad tech trends, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and platform changes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience with pixel implementation (Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tags, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager / Google AdWords setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Familiar with short URL tools and UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising, retargeting, attribution models, and audience tracking.
- Experience integrating with third-party marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, Apps Flyer, Branch.io, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser developer tools for troubleshooting pixel/tag issues.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or similar tag management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience at as Dev for DMP, SSP, DSP
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with server-side tracking or conversion API setup (Facebook CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions).
- Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and their impact on tracking.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or performance marketing agencies.
