Job Description
- Support daily project coordination and execution of activation & partnership activities
- Assist in scheduling, timeline management, and task follow-ups
- Communicate updates and progress across internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and update project documentation, including progress tracking and basic data recording
- Report issues, risks, and updates to the Project Lead in a timely manner
- Input data into project tracking systems and ensure accuracy and validation of all entries
- Support the team in identifying and generating new partnership leads
- Be available to support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions), Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in events, campaigns, and partnership activities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience in student organizations or event committees is a plus
- Available for a 6 month internship period
