Job Description
- Review and validate the accuracy and completeness of claim documents.
- Monitor and review Account Payable journal entries made by the accounting team.
- Oversee and manage the accounting team's daily operations.
- Monitor and follow up with the team and related departments for the outstanding claims.
- Do the reconciliation for the outstanding claims.
- Responsible to do regular meeting with Distributors to discuss claims issues also maintain good costumer relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Accurate or SAP.
- Knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards.
- The ability to process large amounts of numerical data.
- 3 years experience in a Supervisory/Coordinator role in accounting (preferably from the FMCG/Distributor company).
- Applicant must be willing to work in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
