
Job Description
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and clients.
- Achieve sales targets through both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (account management).
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales/business development within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to be placed in Bali, Surabaya, or Bandung (candidates who are already based in these cities will be a strong plus point).
- Positive, proactive, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
