- Manage and support offline live streaming operations
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate live stream hosts
- Improve hosts’ skills and performance
- Actively participate in live streaming activities
- Work closely with the team leader to execute recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Experience as a PIC or Talent Manager in media/entertainment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to manage and develop talent
- Experience as a Talent Manager is a plus
