Job Description
- Lead accounting and financial reporting in accordance with PSAK and group policies.
- Manage tax compliance, including PPh and PPN.
- Oversee OJK regulatory reporting and act as the key liaison for regulatory matters.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Partner with commercial, risk, and product teams on financial and business decisions.
- Drive finance process improvements and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in consumer finance, multifinance, digital lending, or financial services.
- Strong hands-on experience with OJK reporting and PSAK.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Big 4 experience and CPA/Brevet certification are strong advantages.
