Job Description
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and other statutory reports to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Oversee daily operational accounting activities, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to policies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial operations policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and manage transactional processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning to align financial operations with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and consolidation processes across multiple entities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and manage teams effectively.
