Job Description
- Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations: Opex invoice processing, payment requests, and customer claims (transaction mapping and 3-way matching)
- Initiate payments and perform reconciliations
- Manage petty cash disbursements and settlements
- Lead, allocate, and monitor workload of AP Specialists; ensure timely completion of deliverables
- End-to-end processing for significant accounts
Requirements
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
