Job Description
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Ensure all accounting records comply with accounting standards and company policy
- Oversee daily accounting activities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Lead, review, and support the accounting team’s work
- Work closely with Finance and other departments to support business needs
Requirements
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
