Job Description
- Collecting, compiling and reviewing financial information.
- Preparing financial forms, documents and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Assisting with tax filings, account receivables, account payables and other financial processes.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Maintaining ledger accounts.
- Conducting stock opname.
- Assisting in payroll and compliance audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience, experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal and local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to work fully on-site
