Job Description

Review and ensure financial statements are accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare and file tax-related documents (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPN)
Input accounting data and transactions into financial systems or business logs
Inspect and analyze account books for efficiency, accuracy, and proper documentation
Organize, maintain, and regularly update financial records
Identify and recommend strategies to reduce costs and improve revenue performance
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash transactions
Prepare supporting documentation for external audits and assist during the audit process

Requirements

University degree in Accounting (preferably)
Brevet A & B certification is a plus
1 year or more relevant experience in finance/accounting
Good knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP)
Experience in preparing financial statements and analyzing key financial indicators
Strong problem solving and analytical skills (including data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiar with financial ERP systems
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proactive, detail-oriented, and determined
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Interest in analyzing complex accounting issues
Strong planning and prioritization skills
