Job Description
1. Reconcile inventory between the data warehouse and sales reports.
2. Create consignment reports every two weeks.
3. Verify monthly sales reports.
4. Prepare verified monthly sales reports.
5. Prepare weekly stock and sales reports.
6. Prepare COGS Analysis by Product.
7. Coordinate with warehouse and other related department to have stock opname.
8. Tax Controlling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in an accounting or related role is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Have experience in a retail company will be an advantage
