Job Description
- Reporting to Head of Finance and lead a team in executing daily transactional recording
- Ensure transactions are processed in timely and accurate fashion
- Responsible for statutory financial statement (annual) and management financial reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly, annual).
- In charge in providing technical accounting interpretations for existing and new products to relevant IFRS and PSAK Standard.
- Main liaison with our Tech, Operation, Marketing, HR and other functions as their Business Partners in ensuring or designing (for new process) proper financial process and flow.
- Working with our tax consultants for tax planning and ensuring compliance to local practice
- Manage relationship with banks, professional service providers and auditors for business operation and statutory requirement.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of working experience, with experience leading a team and working in accounting or finance department.
- Eagerness a to become good Business Partner and fluent in English as some of the key stakeholders is expatriate.
- Strong technical knowledge involving IFRS, PSAK, Indonesian tax regulation and business understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficient in establishing working relationship with all finance team members and other function.
- Able to work fast and quickly adapt to the advance of technology.
