Job Description
- Mengelola dan melakukan pencatatan transaksi inventory secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Melakukan stock opname secara rutin di toko dan Batching Plant serta memastikan kesesuaian stok fisik dengan data pada sistem.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi inventory dan menganalisis penyebab apabila terdapat selisih stok.
- Mengontrol pergerakan inventory, termasuk penerimaan, transfer, dan pengeluaran barang.
- Menyiapkan laporan inventory serta mendukung proses monthly closing dan audit terkait inventory.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Store, Warehouse, Purchasing, dan Operasional terkait pengelolaan inventory.
- Memastikan pencatatan dan pengelolaan inventory sesuai dengan SOP dan kebijakan perusahaan.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Accounting, Accounting Inventory, atau posisi sejenis.
- Memahami accounting dan inventory serta terbiasa melakukan stock opname/physical count.
- Bersedia dan terbiasa melakukan stock opname secara rutin/harian dengan visit ke toko dan Batching Plant.
- Memahami rekonsiliasi stok dan mampu menganalisis penyebab selisih antara stok fisik dan sistem.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Berpengalaman menggunakan ERP atau software accounting seperti Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, atau sistem sejenis.
- Teliti, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
