Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to manage the onboarding process for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for setting up client accounts, organizing client requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise clients
  • Set up and configure client accounts accurately in internal systems
  • Gather, organize, and document client requirements and business needs
  • Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Support) to ensure successful implementation
  • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed within agreed timelines
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during account setup
  • Maintain accurate records of client information and onboarding activities
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and documentation

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience as Sales Admin, or Customer Service is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in lead administration
  • Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or similar platforms
  • Able to work fast, responsive, and collaborative in a team environment
