💼 Responsibilities:
- Ensure month-end closing for AR module is completed accurately and within the desired timeline.
- Ensure timely invoicing and billing of company sales to customers
- Monitor and control AR aging to achieve optimal collection targets
- Ensure all AR, Marketing Finance, and Treasury transformation processes are identified and well maintained
- Accurately monitor and report A&P and trading term expenses
- Ensure all A&P claims are properly recorded, validated, and paid on time
Requirements
🔍 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Manager-level role handling Accounts Receivable or Finance & Accounting area
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in FMCG or Sales & Distribution industry is preferable
- Solid understanding of Accounting Principles / GAAP
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
