Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day AR operations and manage AR Team workload
- Lead sales and selling expense reporting
- Drive and execute strategic initiatives and one-time projects (returns, new distributor onboarding, improvement projects)
- Handle customer cases, engage stakeholders (customers, bank, Sales, SCM teams)
Requirements
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of invoice processing
- Tax knowledge for tax mapping and tax implications of transactions
- Familiarity with accounting principles and ERP systems
