Job Description
- Lead finance project components—plan, execute, and track medium-scale initiatives that improve financial operations and deliver measurable impact.
- Conduct reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, and other departments to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.
- Develop and validate complex financial models to forecast scenarios, evaluate business cases, and guide strategic planning.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations that align with business objectives, profitability targets, and operational excellence.
- Influence stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth execution of project objectives.
- Be redeployable to other finance functions or departments when urgent needs or high-priority projects arise.
- Maintain project discipline by tracking deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years in finance, consulting, or corporate accounting, with exposure to project-based roles.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), ERP familiarity, strong reconciliation and reporting capabilities, and experience with project tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving ability, initiative, structured thinking, and excellent stakeholder communication.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Experience in consulting firms, F&B, retail, or tech-enabled businesses operating at startup pace or with high project complexity.
