Job Description
- Plan and coordinate projects by translating business and client requirements into clear project scopes, timelines, and actionable plans.
- Analyze project data, budgets, resources, and performance metrics to support effective project planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Prepare project budgets, cost calculations, performance reports, and data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, performance records, and analytical insights to support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business/Data Analytics, Commercial Planning, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, project performance metrics, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in digital, social commerce, e-commerce, media, or technology-related industries is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
