Job Description
1. Accounts Payable Operations:
- Manage invoice processing, ensuring accurate transaction mapping and 3-way matching
- Initiate payments and perform reconciliations in a timely manner
- Disburse and settle petty cash transactions
2. Team Management:
- Lead and allocate workload to AP Specialists
- Monitor progress and ensure effective completion of deliverables
3. Account Management:
- Oversee end-to-end processing for significant accounts
- Ensure accurate and efficient payment processes for these accounts.
Requirements
- Associate Degree/Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
- 2 year experience in the same field
- Microsoft excel profiency
- Individuals should be able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail & strong data entry abilities
- Can join ASAP
- Must communicate professionally with all levels, customers, vendors, team members, and superiors
