Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan di segmen Enterprise & Mid-Market.
  2. Mencapai target penjualan melalui penawaran produk & solusi IT.
  3. Mencari peluang baru serta melakukan upsell/cross-sell di akun existing.
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (presales, product, helpdesk).
  5. Mengelola pipeline & laporan penjualan untuk pemantauan dan forecasting.

Requirements

Kualifikasi:

  1. Memiliki pengalaman 2–3 tahun di bidang penjualan B2B, khususnya produk & solusi IT.
  2. Memahami dasar-dasar produk IT (server, storage, networking, security, cloud, dsb.).
  3. Terbiasa berhubungan dengan pengambil keputusan (CxO, IT Manager, Procurement).
