Job Description

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads into customers. Your primary role is to engage in direct sales conversations with prospects, address their needs, and finalize deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the company’s products or services, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Goal-Oriented Deal Conversion:
  1. Identify opportunities to increase deal value from qualified prospects and expedite the closing process.
  2. Converting leads that may have stagnated at the qualification stage into finalized deals, ensuring swift progression while maximizing project value.
  • Closing Deals:
  1. Conduct high-level sales meetings and calls to understand the client’s needs and present tailored solutions.
  2. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  3. Address objections, overcome obstacles, and provide solutions to drive a sale to completion.
  • Sales Process Management:
  1. Follow up on qualified leads passed from the sales team and nurture them to conversion.
  2. Track sales pipeline progress and update CRM tools with real-time data on opportunities, stages, and outcomes.
  3. Ensure a seamless handover from the sales team to account management or customer success teams after the sale.
  • Relationship Building
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating trust and long-term business partnerships.
  2. Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Strategy and Reporting:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to refine closing strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  2. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales management.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:
  1. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively answer questions and sell solutions.
  2. Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market developments to anticipate customer needs.
  • Service Delivery:
  1. Event guide, explaining the event (rundown)
  2. Proceed Coordination & Execution of the Project together with Operational Team

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

  1. Proven track record in closing sales and exceeding revenue targets (2+ years in sales or related fields).
  2. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  3. Experience working with CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales data.
  4. Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  5. Knowledge of relevant industry trends and competitors’ positioning.

  2. Ability to persuade prospects and negotiate terms confidently and with integrity to secure mutually beneficial deals.
  3. Emotional Intelligence:
  4. Understanding and managing both your own emotions and the client's emotions to foster a positive and productive interaction.

Closing deals requires a high degree of confidence, assertiveness, and the ability to make decisions quickly.

Stay persistent even when deals are challenging, and maintain focus on achieving targets despite setbacks.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve last-minute objections or challenges that arise during negotiations.

Active Listening:

Paying close attention to the prospect’s needs and feedback, allowing you to tailor your pitch accordingly and increase the chance of a successful close.

Adaptability:

The ability to adjust your sales strategy on the fly depending on the needs of the client or changes in the market.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience even after the sale is made.

Confidence Under Pressure:

Remaining calm and composed in high-stakes negotiations, guiding the conversation toward a successful close without appearing overly aggressive.

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. A customer-first mindset, ensuring the client’s satisfaction aligns with business goals.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  2. 2+ year of Experience in B2B sales or a specific industry the company operates in.
  3. Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
  4. Preferred Domiciled in West Java
