About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Account Manager to join the Emtek Media ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic client partnerships—spanning brands across diverse sectors and government institutions—while driving revenue growth and shaping how partners leverage our integrated media and digital platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions and play a key role in developing the next generation of account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow high-value accounts, ensuring client retention and sustained revenue growth.
- Develop advanced, vertical-specific sales strategies using market insights to unlock new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing thought leadership on digital media and OTT industry trends.
- Mentor and coach junior account managers to strengthen team performance and client delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute complex, integrated client solutions.
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
- Consistently exceed portfolio sales quotas and contribute to overall company growt
Requirements
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of managing and expanding high-value accounts.
- Deep expertise in the digital media ecosystem and strong commercial acumen.
- Established network and trusted relationships with senior agency and advertiser stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and develop junior team members.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, client engagement, and communication.
- Results-driven, with strong influencing and collaboration capabilities across internal and external stakeholders.
