Job Description
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and customers.
- Negotiating sales contracts and agreements
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of the IT market and solutions.
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow within the field
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexible and adaptability to change in the market and customer needs.
