Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of mid-sized to large accounts independently.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and enhance client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present performance reports, account reviews, and sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 year of sales experience (Prior experience in manages accounts).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Able to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs
