  • Expert Advisory: Offer expert guidance and address clients' issues with professionalism and care.
  • Relationship Management: Building trust and serving as clients' primary point of contact within the company.
  • Document Management: Efficiently gather and validate clients’ documents and data ensuring requirements are met.
  • Leading a Team: Manage multiple supporting staff and efficiently coordinate with other team members.

Requirements

  • Strong problem solving, logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and adeptness in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the travel industry, customer management, data entry, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
