Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of PR and marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with business development and creative teams to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide strategic guidance, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director on project status, client feedback, and overall account health.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Chinese/Japanese would be a big plus)
  • Ability to work under uncertainties, especiall as they relate to pitching activities
  • Willingness to meet both exisiting and prospective clients on daily basis
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management within a digital marketing or PR agency
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience with social media and influencer management is a plus
