Job Description
- Support the end-to-end management of brand partnerships, particularly brands seeking creator collaborations.
- Conduct outreach and pitching activities to potential brand partners and maintain positive business relationships.
- Ensure the fulfillment of agreed Scope of Work (SOW), including product sample distribution and content delivery.
- Create and manage TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) and MCN links to support campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Monitor campaign progress and assist in resolving operational issues when needed.
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation related to partnership activities.
- Assist in preparing campaign updates, performance tracking, and partnership reports.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (D4/S1) from any major.
- Previous experience in brand partnership, account management, marketing, business development, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative in driving tasks to completion.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, creator economy, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with dashboards and data tracking tools.
- Basic copywriting and presentation skills are preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
