Job Description
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met.
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and opportunities are being identified.
- Presenting new feature product and new campaign to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline.
- Building brand awareness and image.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in relevant fields.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- An understanding of how creative roles complement other departments, such as data management.
