Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions that align with client needs and objectives.
- Track account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client challenges and ensure their success.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and grow accounts.
Requirements
- A degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with people and solving problems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A positive, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Willing to work from Tebet, South Jakarta.
