Job Description
- Supervise the Sports Account Executive team to ensure activities align with company SOPs.
- Act as the main contact and lead presenter for sponsorship pitches and client presentations.
- Manage sponsorship and project briefs from new clients.
- Prepare and present sponsorship proposal decks based on client needs.
- Follow up on proposals and manage the sales process until deal closure.
- Develop budgets, pricing, and commercial offers for sponsorship projects.
- Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients and partners.
- Report performance and progress to the Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
- Handle administrative matters including contracts (PKS) and invoicing.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a fast response and proactive working style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Strong interest and knowledge in football, especially Bali United.
- Good administrative and documentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management and prioritization skills.
