Job Description

  • Sell medical check-up packages to corporate clients and/or retail (B2C) clients.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and/or retail clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with operational and medical teams to ensure smooth delivery of medical check-up services.
  • Understanding the product of GSI Lab, competitors, and business position in the market while keeping up to date with health industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote GSI Corporate Health Services

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in B2B and/or retail sales.
  • 1 year of experience in medical check-ups (MCU) or insurance sales is preferred.
  • An excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including building a strong long network of relationships with customers. Experience in selling to HR Manager/ C-Level would be a huge plus point
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Confident negotiator (especially when speaking to mid-level or senior executives) and ability to close the deal.
