Job Description
- Manage event projects and ensure smooth execution from pre-event to post-event.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project timeline.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations for each event or campaign.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Production, Operations, Talent, and Vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project timelines, meeting recaps, status updates, and follow-up actions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle real-time coordination and on-ground problem solving during event executions.
- Ensure all project deliverables and timelines are executed properly and on schedule.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure overall project satisfaction.
- Handle multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or related fields.
- Min. 1 year experience or previous experience in event, agency, brand activation, or project management is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage timelines, multitask, and Detail-oriented.
- Confident in handling clients and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reporting and project documentation.
- Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Able to join events on-site and work flexible hours when needed.
