Job Description
- Managing client accounts, delivering proactive updates, managing feedback and expectations.
- Turn client briefs into clear task plans, coordinating timelines and resourcing across internal teams.
- Monitor project flow and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Build and present client decks and campaign updates with relevant insights.
- Plan project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure expenses stay aligned with the approved scope.
- Handle invoicing and documentation with the finance team, ensuring billing accuracy.
- Oversee legal documentation, including vendor contracts, client NDAs, and campaign-specific agreements.
- Maintain operational alignment between internal teams by coordinating asset flow, revisions, and task delegation across departments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience managing clients in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven skill in organizing multi-stream projects with changing priorities and tight timelines.
- Confident in building client decks, leading presentations, and translating technical updates into clear communication.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia in professional settings.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and excellent follow-through in fast-paced team structures.
